Service Engineer / CCTV Engineer

Pyramid8 are recruiting for an experienced CCTV Service Engineer to work in an established and well-respected organisation.  We are looking for an experienced engineer who can demonstrate good technical skills across all disciplines of CCTV/Controlled Access Systems with a proactive approach to fault finding and a logical and organised means of providing solutions.

Our client is a progressive and expanding company and this is a great time to join the Team who are engaging in exciting and challenging projects. You would be based from their new offices in Castleford, West Yorkshire which incorporates a manufacturers certified demonstration/training suite.

As an Engineer with a wealth of experience you will be able to make a positive and rewarding impact on the business.

For success within this role applicants will need to have sound product knowledge across a wide range of systems from legacy analogue CCTV to current IP based HD systems. Experience in access control and detection activated CCTV Systems is also required.

Requirements

• At least 3 years experience in security systems
• A full UK Driving License
• BS7858 and CRB will be undertaken on successful candidates in line with the Industry Standard

Ongoing training will be given you will be expected to work on call 1 in 5 weekends (Friday evening, Saturday & Sunday 08.00 to 18.00 – primarily telephone support)
